Sales Funnel Demo | Auto Run

Watch leads move through six funnel steps live. The demo follows Awareness → Interest → Evaluation → Engagement → Action → Retention. You can see where leads move forward, where they drop out, where deals are won or lost, and how retained customers generate new referral leads back into the system.
step 1 — watch leads flow through all six stages step 2 — spot drop-offs, wins, losses, and referrals

what it shows
How leads move through the full funnel: Awareness → Interest → Evaluation → Engagement → Action → Retention.
Where leads drop out, where deals are won or lost, and which stage currently leaks the most value.
How retained customers create referrals that send new leads back into the funnel.

live dots:each stage shows how many leads are currently there
event flow:watch leads move, drop out, convert, or trigger referrals
run state:auto-run mode, adjustable speed, and finished status at day 10
live outputs
leads in funnel:1,806 currently in the funnel, from 1,636 at the start plus retained and referred flow
good fit:59.6% with 187 marked good fit and 127 not a fit
deals closed:46 won and 201 lost, with losses currently outweighing wins
referrals:7 new leads generated by retained customers

This simulation shows one basic truth clearly: a funnel is not just about final conversion — it is about how volume, fit, drop-off, losses, and retention interact over time. Even when some deals close, heavy losses upstream and mid-funnel can still suppress overall results.

Sales funnel stages explained

A sales funnel is the process by which potential customers move from first learning about your business to making the buying decision. The sales funnel process includes six steps: awareness, interest, evaluation, negotiation, action, and retention.
ToFu awareness interest MoFu evaluation negotiation BoFu action retention

Awareness is counted to be Top of the Funnel stage (ToFu), meaning the user is discovering your brand. If it is successful for you, then moving forward down the line to the Early Middle Funnel - Sales Funnel Interest stage.

In the interest stage, the user explores if your business is offering what they need. If the collected information meets the requirements, the users start to actually consider you as an option.

In the evaluation sales funnel stage, which is considered to be the Late Middle Funnel Stage, the user compares you with alternatives and is searching for the input to make the decision

The engagement stage is the final step before the purchase, reaching the Bottom of the Funnel Stage. Understanding the value, confirming the trust, and matching the values creates the feeling of the right choice and leads the user to the action stage.

The action sales funnel stage is the bottom of the funnel stage (BoFu). Here, the purchase is actually made.

If the expectations are met or exceeded, the retention stage will follow.

Every step contains many possibilities to improve the journey for the user and increase the portion that moves the action stage onwards. Visualizing how and how many users move through the sales funnel allows you to understand the stages that are most critical for your business.

How AI may change work This widget shows one simple idea: AI may be able to do many tasks, but companies adopt it slowly. As the sim runs, you can see how that delay may affect some jobs, new hiring, and other work signals. It is a simple demo, not a prediction.
